Forum Guidelines
1) Stay On-Topic: When you add a reply to a thread, you are expected to stay on topic and contribute to the discussion. Do not reply to a serious discussion if you're simply going to make a comment to another member regarding something not related to the thread topic. If you simply want to make an off-topic comment to another member who has posted something, send them a private message. The only exception to this rule is the Off-Topic forum. For now, you may post whatever you like there, but don't let it get out of hand.
2) No Spamming: This ties slightly into the first rule. Do not reply to a thread simply to add to your post count, to make unrelated comments to another member or to start a conversation.
3) Signature Limits: This is a general rule for anyone new to the forums. There is no strict enforcement of sigs, but you are expected to keep them relatively small. The optimal size (in pixels) is 550x200. The height is what I enforce more than the length. If you push the limit too far beyond 200, you'll get a message from me telling you to reduce it.
4) Be Friendly: I haven't put this rule in because it's been a problem, but I just wanted to make sure everyone understands that this is meant to be a place for polite and courteous discussion. If there's other forumers you know well enough to joke around with (or insult), and they're ok with it, that's fine. In general, just be respectful of everyone else posting here.
